When Sanofi wanted to develop a digital customer engagement strategy for their global and local medical teams, they needed a partner who could combine digital expertise with an in-depth understanding of the role of Pharmaceutical medical departments and their potential for interacting with customers.
Our solution
A series of workshops and brainstorming sessions were conducted, aimed at understanding how best practice digital strategies in the wider arena could be leveraged within big Pharma, specifically tailored towards KOL interactions. Opportunities were identified that would leverage the power of big data, social, eCRM, email marketing and custom web platforms, and a global pilot proposal for a specific initiative was recommended. This was presented at a global meeting and is under active consideration.
